DeliveryAll our goods are sent with Royal Mail and are all recorded which means you can track you parcel on its journey. You can do this on the royal mail website under track and trace heading, where you will just have to enter your tracking code which we will provide you with once the goods have been shipped.
This also means that all our goods will have to be signed for so if you know there isn't going to be anyone one at home on the day of delivery please use a work or any other alternative address where there will be someone present.
Any items not signed for will be sent to your local post office for you to collect. Royal mail will leave a card to inform you if this is the case.
Any goods that are returned to us that have not been collected will be subject to a 15% handling charge or will have to repay the P&P charge.
All items will be dispatched on the same day. In the unlikely event of the goods being out of stock, we will inform you immediately and advise you on how long it will take to reach you. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the estimated delivery date we will issue you with a full refund.
Please note Next day delivery does not include Saturday or Bank holidays and your order will have to be placed before 5pm.

Goods cannot be returned without the Company's authorisation. This must be within 7 days of receipt (This does not include specially obtained products). Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in an as new condition complete with the original manufacturer's packaging at the buyer's expense and a cancellation/handling charge will normally be made of up to 15%.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for the use and application intended. Although Stage Door make every effort to ensure the accuracy of specifications, descriptions and images, customers are advised to check the exact specifications prior to ordering where variations may affect intended performance.
Return of faulty goods
In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered faulty or damaged we undertake to deliver replacement goods free of charge once we have received the damaged product back.
If an item proves to be faulty or damaged customers must contact the customer service department on 0161 480 3302 to arrange return. we will then send out a self addressed pre-paid envelope for the good to be returned. Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete with any relevant instruction manuals. Any lost or damaged manuals and packaging is payable by the customer.
Return of special orders
Special order items may not be returned unless damaged or faulty. .
